Furnish Commercial steel cellar door as manufactured by "USP" complete with options as specified. Each door is custom built to the dimensions of the
opening.
DOORS consists of a minimum of 3/16” thick steel diamond plate. Doors to be hinged to frame using 1.2” x 1-1/2” bar hinges. Doors to have a recessed
lifting handle and integrated safety bar.
This is not a water
proof unit.
 FRAME to be made from an assembly of 3” x 3” x 3/16”
structural steel angles welding together.
MOUNTING may be to brick, cement or steel.
LOCKING can be of two types, either hasps with a padlock
from the out side or slidebolts from the inside.
FINISH all non-galvanized surfaces shall receive a shop coat
of rust inhibiting grey or bronze industrial enamel paint.
Field painting not included in this section.
