All door face hardware, the tracks, the track mounting hardware, and the torsion assembly mounting brackets are to have a zinc coating of 380g./sq.m. (1.25 oz/sq.ft.) – ASTM A525 – 9 lb.
Track For The Commercial Garage Door
There is a 2.0mm (14ga) commercial galvanized track, formed track 54mm (2 1/8″) on the overall outside dimension. The vertical tracks are sloped for weathertight closing; curves 305mm (12″) or 400mm (16″) radius, selection dependent on the available headroom.
Track Brackets For The Commercial Garage Door
With 2.0mm (14ga) thick commercially galvanized steel, the rib is reinforced. There is a Continuous Track Angle (optional at additional cost): Continuous track anglebolted adjustable type, fabricated from 2.0mm (14ga) commercially galvanized steel for a full height for an opening, adjustable to ensure weathertight seal. The continuous angle is to provide a continuous track support for the full opening height.
